I politely asked the coworker if we could privately discuss the matter and I told my opnion and she told hers then we went to the manager to get the correct answer. Tell about a time that you disagreed with a fellow Co worker, what did you do, what was the outcome?. I would not do anything against company policy. Tell about a company policy that you disagreed with, but you did it anyway. If the company values don't make sense, that is something I need to discover and research prior to employment. I trust the team that put the company values together. I agreed to the company values when I agreed to employment. When was a time you questioned your company values?. If the customer refuses to comply with company policy, refer them to a supervisor. Offer alternative solutions (if any) to accommodate the customer while remaining compliant with company policy. Politely remind the customer of the policy and how it is in place for the safety of all passengers.
